I  am drawn to gleaming metallic surfaces.  I am mesmerized by its ability to transform the appearances.  By applying a shiny veneer to natural objects, I attempt to uncover hidden details. Small changes in texture are exposed and patterns emerge.

Through my camera lens, I explore the  ephemeral nature of the fallen leaves. When set against their natural landscape the gilded leaves create a fascinating incongruity.
